Cream-line fresh milk is pasteurized but not homogenized, so there will be a layer of cream that separates from the milk after bottled. This is the most natural form of milk that can be purchased on a store shelf. The light cream on the surface of the milk is completely in its natural form, is able to be separated on the surface when refrigerated for more than 6 hours and easily re-dissolves into the milk when shaken well.
INGREDIENTS: 100% fresh cow's milk > 3.9% fat, pasteurized at 72oC, not homogenized.
SHELF LIFE: 6 days at 2-4oC, 3 days at 5-8oC. Drink within 12 hours after opening.
STORAGE: Always keep refrigerated at <10oC. Milk will lose its taste and reduce its shelf life when left out at room temperature for more than 1 hour.
